At Proads Assets, we prioritize transparency and client satisfaction. Below is a clear breakdown of our guarantees, replacement rules, and refund policies.

Our Guarantees for Business Managers (BM)

Guarantee Type Coverage Period What You Get
Invite Link Expiry Within 48 hours A new invite link will be provided.
BM Restricted/Disabled Within 24 hours (without client use) A replacement BM.
Verification Revoked Within 5 days (for verified BMs) A replacement BM.
Referral Damage Clause Within 24 hours If product gets damaged, only 1 replacement will be given. If the replacement also fails, no further replacement/refund applies.

Product Match Guarantee

If the product supplied by us does not match the description according to the product details, we will replace it.

However, if a refund or replacement is requested based on any additional features or issues not mentioned in the product description, or if someone misbehaves with our support team, their support will be canceled, and no future orders from them will be accepted.

When Replacement Is Not Applicable

Time Limit for Invite Links

Condition Policy
After 3 days of delivery No invite link will be reissued. Clients must keep backups.

Important Notes

Note Type Policy
Refunds No refunds once assets are delivered. Restrictions are part of Facebook ads. If under warranty, free replacement applies.
Client Responsibility Client is fully responsible after delivery. We are not liable for bans, bugs, or restrictions.
Admin Removal Warning Do not remove old admins before the required timeframe. Early removal may damage the account, and we won’t be responsible.
Replacement Limitation If replaced once under the 24-hour guarantee and the replacement also fails, no further replacements will be given.

Final Reminder

  • Always keep backup BMs on other profiles.
  • Handle assets carefully and follow our instructions.
  • Once delivered, assets become the client’s full responsibility.
