1. Ownership Assurance

Once you make a purchase from Proads Assets, you are the sole owner of that account or asset. We never log in using your credentials, nor do we resell or share your account information.

2. Account Replacement

If an account becomes non-functional due to an issue on our end (such as invalid credentials, checkpoint, or identity verification failures), we will replace the account at no extra cost, subject to warranty conditions.

3. Refund Policy

If we are unable to provide a replacement for such non-functional accounts, a full refund will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The issue arises during the warranty period.
  • The problem was not caused by actions on your side (see section “Limitations & Client Responsibilities”).

4. Warranty Disclaimer

  • No warranty is provided if you violate our policies, including but not limited to improper usage, adding external modifications, or violating Facebook’s terms of service.
  • Warranty claims must be made before the warranty period expires; claims submitted later will not be honored.

5. Support Requirements

  • Response Time:
    We strive to respond and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Your cooperation by providing necessary information helps us serve you better.

6. Limitations & Client Responsibilities

To ensure fairness, these are conditions under which warranties or replacements are void:

  • If you added cards, started ads, created pages, attached domains, or made other irreversible changes.
  • If you removed old admin or our access prematurely before the safe timeframe.
  • If you misuse the account or violate service policies.

After delivery, clients are responsible for maintaining the integrity and safety of the accounts or assets.

7. General Provisions

  • Policy Changes: We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
  • Governing Law: Your use of our services is subject to applicable local laws.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms will still be in effect.
